Paid Search
From Dhs. 12,000 a month
Discovery, not branded search.
Structured campaign architecture, feed discipline and continuous keyword work, turning search intent into revenue rather than into branded clicks.
Every campaign is managed alongside paid social, email and CRM and Shopify CRO, against the same merchandising plan and the same margin targets. Paid search is never run as an isolated channel.
Fifteen years of buying search for fashion.
How we run it.
Shopping campaigns structured around SKU scoring
Google Shopping campaigns are not flat product feeds.
Custom labels are applied to every SKU based on the Fabrik Analytics scorecard. Label 0 carries the tier: HERO, GROWTH, MAINTAIN, or EXCLUDE. That labelling allows Shopping campaigns to be split by tier, with separate bid strategies, budget allocations, and ROAS targets for each group.
Feed optimisation as a first-order priority
Google's product taxonomy uses gender as a primary Shopping attribute. A men's shoe listed without the correct gender field competes in the wrong auction and misses the customer it should be reaching.
Attribute completeness, title structure, and category mapping are treated as performance levers. Every feed has gender, age group, colour, material, and Google product category mapped correctly before any campaign goes live.
Non-branded search: expanding discovery
The focus is always on non-branded search terms. Branded search cannibalises organic traffic and claims credit for sales that other demand generation channels created. Expanding discovery through category and product terms is where the real return on search investment sits.
Campaigns are structured around the brand's hero categories and the specific terms fashion and footwear customers use when they do not already know the brand name. That is where new customers come from.
Klaviyo segments synced into Google audiences
The same segmentation applied in Meta is mirrored in Google Ads.
Klaviyo customer lists sync as Google Customer Match audiences, layered onto Shopping and Search campaigns to adjust bids for known high-value buyers.
Performance benchmarked against context
Fabrik Analytics connects Google campaign data to Shopify P&L in real time.
When CPA rises, the team assesses whether the issue is keyword drift, competitive pressure, or a wider market shift. That distinction is made before any bid changes.

Margin at SKU level
COGS against spend, so the scorecard decides which products get protected budget.
New customer contribution
Acquisition separated from retention, so paid social is not credited with repeat revenue.
Seasonality baselines
GCC trading cycles and consumer confidence, so a quiet month is read correctly.
Cross-channel view
Paid social beside search, email and Shopify performance on one dashboard.
What the retainer covers.

You see the truth
A clean read on what search is contributing beyond your own brand name, judged against seasonality.
Selected work.
Paid Search, one of twelve.
Separate teams on separate briefs means every channel defends its own number. One brief, one P&L, and nobody optimising at another channel's expense.
