Peregrine Clothing, the British heritage menswear brand, has worked with Fabrik since August 2023. In the first quarter of FY 2026/27, that partnership delivered a clean sweep: every monthly revenue target exceeded, £113.9k in net sales plus shipping against a target of £89.3k, and ad spend landing within 0.6% of the planned budget across Meta and Google. All of it tracked live in Fabrik Analytics against a full P&L. This is how we did it.

How We Did It

Fabrik has run Peregrine Clothing's paid growth since August 2023, a three year partnership built on accountability to real financial targets rather than platform metrics:

  • Set quarterly revenue and ad budget targets against Peregrine's full FY 2026/27 plan, with every month tracked in Fabrik Analytics from day one.
  • Ran Meta and Google as a single performance system with one budget, one commercial brief and one reporting view, rather than two competing channels.
  • Gave the Peregrine team live P&L visibility in Fabrik Analytics, covering ad spend, contribution margin, payment fees, returns and shipping, so every decision was made in financial terms.
  • Held ad spend to plan with discipline: Q1 spend landed at £17,107 against a £17,000 budget, a variance of 0.6%, while revenue ran 27.5% ahead of target.
  • Result: all three monthly revenue targets exceeded (126.6%, 130.4% and 123.7% attainment), £113.9k delivered against an £89.3k target, and a 6.7x blended MER for the quarter.
