Fabrik is led by Jason West and Dario Neri, two founders with deep, hands-on experience across fashion eCommerce, wholesale, and international market expansion.
Jason brings a performance-led background rooted in digital marketing, Shopify Plus, and commercial growth, working closely with brands to scale online revenue and build robust eCommerce foundations. Dario leads wholesale and market expansion, drawing on years of experience placing premium fashion, footwear, and sports brands with leading retailers across the UK, EU, and Middle East.
Together, they have built Fabrik as a unified growth studio, assembling a specialist team across digital marketing, content and media, Shopify Plus design and build, wholesale management and distribution, physical retail, and go-to-market strategy. Every discipline works as one, removing silos and ensuring brands grow with clarity, speed, and accountability.

Lusso Footwear launches from a bedroom in Stockton-on-Tees. No funding, no safety net, no guarantee it works. Just a genuine obsession with luxury fashion and footwear and the belief that Teesside deserved better than what the high street was offering. For years the business barely breaks even. It does not matter. This is not about the money yet. It is about learning the craft.

Covid forces a decision. Jason walks away from a stable salary and goes all in. Lusso grows. The knowledge compounds. Other brand owners start calling, asking how he is doing it. JMW Digital launches because the demand is real and the experience behind it is genuine. An agency built by someone who did it for free long before anyone paid him to.

Lusso is shortlisted for Best Online Operation at the Drapers Footwear Awards. Recognition from the industry that matters most.

Jason is named in Draper's 30 Under 30. The same publication that covers the biggest names in British fashion. The team grows. Shopify Plus and content production are added. The client list starts to include some of the most respected names in UK fashion and footwear.

The Yeezy market collapses overnight and takes a significant part of the luxury trainer industry with it. Lusso closes after six years. The decision is made with clarity, not regret. Every hard lesson from building and closing a brand becomes part of what makes Fabrik sharper for its clients. That same year the team sponsors the Teesside University graduate fashion show. Talialilly Good walks in as a graduate and joins full time as Creative Strategist. The region that built us gets something back.
