Email & CRM
From Dhs. 18,000 a month
Retention read in the P&L.
Klaviyo flows, segmentation and lifecycle campaigns built around the trading calendar, with retention systemised rather than left to chance.
Every send is briefed alongside paid social, paid search and content, against the same merchandising plan and the same margin targets. Email and CRM is never run as an isolated channel.
Fifteen years of retention for fashion.
How we run it.
The only Klaviyo Master Platinum partner in the UAE
Fashion email works when it is built around the customer's buying behaviour, not a default flow library. Fabrik's Klaviyo programme starts with the commercial model: what the brand sells, who buys it, and when they buy it.
Fabrik holds Klaviyo Master Platinum Partner status, one of a small number of agencies globally to reach that level, and the only one in the UAE. That means early access to new platform features, a direct line to Klaviyo's product team, and architecture depth that a standard partner account cannot provide.
Gender data captured at acquisition
Men and women approach fashion purchases differently, and the barriers that stop each of them buying are not the same.
Women return fashion items at a higher rate. The concern at point of purchase is fit: will this look right, will it fit the way it looks on the model, how difficult is it to exchange. Abandoned cart flows for women address those barriers directly. Detailed size information, clear returns policy, and imagery showing fit across different proportions. Post-purchase, reassurance reduces doubt and reduces returns.
Segments synced into paid channels
Klaviyo segments do not stay inside Klaviyo.
High-value buyer lists, lapsed customers, category-specific purchasers, and gender-split audiences all sync into Meta and Google as custom audiences. The same behavioural data that improves email relevance improves paid targeting.
Flows built around the marketing calendar
Every client fills out a marketing calendar covering drops, restocks, key events, and seasonal windows. That calendar drives the Klaviyo flow structure.
Winback sequences are timed to low-traffic periods. Restock alerts are triggered by inventory events in Shopify. Post-purchase flows are written around the specific product category, not a generic thank-you template.
Retention performance read in the P&L, not in isolation
Email open rates are not a success metric.
Revenue contribution, repeat purchase rate, and CRM-attributed margin are tracked through Fabrik Analytics alongside every other DTC channel. When the question is whether to invest in a new flow or increase paid social budget, both options are visible in the same commercial view.
Attribution you can trade on.
Our own platform, and an official Shopify app. Free to use, and free to keep.
Margin at SKU level
COGS against spend, so the scorecard decides which products get protected budget.
New customer contribution
Acquisition separated from retention, so paid social is not credited with repeat revenue.
Seasonality baselines
GCC trading cycles and consumer confidence, so a quiet month is read correctly.
Cross-channel view
Paid social beside search, email and Shopify performance on one dashboard.
What the retainer covers.
Flow architecture
Welcome, browse, cart, post-purchase and winback built and maintained in Klaviyo rather than left at platform defaults.
Segmentation
Gender, category and lifecycle data captured at acquisition and used in the paid channels as well as in email.
Campaign calendar
Sends briefed against the trading calendar and the merchandising plan, not a separate content schedule.
Reporting
Repeat purchase rate, lifetime value and retention contribution read in the P&L, with a weekly trading call.
Fabrik genuinely are an extension of the team.
Sending inside two weeks.
We learn your list
Segments, flows and deliverability audited, and the catalogue mapped to margin so sends can follow it.
Flows go live
The core flows rebuilt and the campaign calendar aligned to the trading plan rather than a content schedule.
You see the truth
Repeat purchase and lifetime value read in the P&L, separated from acquisition rather than credited to it.
Selected work.
Email & CRM, one of twelve.
Separate teams on separate briefs means every channel defends its own number. One brief, one P&L, and nobody optimising at another channel's expense.

Fabrik is a Klaviyo Master Platinum partner and specialist email marketing agency for fashion brands. We manage the full CRM and retention stack across the UK, EU and Middle East, including flows, segmentation, lifecycle campaigns and list growth.
Most fashion brands underuse retention. Fabrik systemises it. Using Klaviyo, automated flows and lifecycle strategies, we increase repeat purchase and lifetime value. Email and CRM is managed alongside paid social, paid search and influencer marketing so acquisition and retention work from the same brief.
Email and CRM inside Growth Studio™ means your Klaviyo strategy is always connected to your content calendar, your Shopify performance and your P&L. Growth does not stop at acquisition.
