The role

We are hiring a Performance Marketing Manager to own Meta and PPC performance for a portfolio of premium fashion, footwear and sports brands.

You will turn commercial targets into clear media strategies, build clean, scalable account structures, and optimise campaigns across Meta and Google. You will connect paid media to product, stock, margin and P&L, working closely with creative, Shopify and commercial teams inside Growth Studio™.

This is a hands-on role for someone as comfortable in Ads Manager and Google Ads as they are discussing MER, contribution margin and sell-through with a founder.

What you will do

Turn commercial goals into performance plans

  • Translate revenue, MER, ROAS, CAC and margin targets into clear paid media strategies across Meta and Google
  • Build campaign plans around collections, seasonal drops, launches and markdowns, not random products
  • Design scalable account structures that reflect commercial priorities: margin bands, hero SKUs, geos, funnel stages
  • Create testing roadmaps with clear hypotheses across creative, messaging, structure, budget allocation and landing experience, working with the platform rather than trying to hack it

Own Meta and PPC execution

  • Run day-to-day campaigns in Meta Ads Manager: prospecting, retention, reactivation and dynamic product ads, using simplified, signal-rich setups
  • Run Google Ads across Search, Shopping and Performance Max for fashion and apparel ecommerce
  • Manage budgets from early-stage testing to scaled five and six figure monthly spend, protecting efficiency and margin
  • Test creative, budget distribution, bidding approach and user journey, PDP versus collection versus homepage

Connect performance to P&L

  • Optimise toward MER, contribution margin and CAC against LTV, not isolated platform ROAS
  • Use Triple Whale or similar, GA4 and platform data to understand blended performance and incrementality
  • Work with the commercial team so spend aligns with stock, sell-through, margin bands and seasonal priorities
  • Call it out when performance looks good in-platform but is commercially wrong, such as pushing low-margin lines or low-stock heroes

Keep data, feeds and tracking tight

  • Maintain robust tracking across Meta, Google, GA4 and attribution tools: pixels, events, CAPI, UTMs
  • Use Feedoptimise or similar to manage product feeds: attributes, variants, exclusions, seasonal ranges
  • Identify and help resolve tracking and data issues quickly, with internal and external partners

Report clearly and honestly

  • Write concise weekly and monthly reports that tell a story rather than dumping numbers
  • Present performance to stakeholders and clients in plain language: what happened, why, and what you are doing next
  • Share insight that feeds creative, merchandising and wider growth strategy: winning hooks, categories, price points, geos, journeys

Collaborate inside Growth Studio™

  • Brief and feed back with content and media teams on performance-driven creative: UGC, motion, statics, stories
  • Work with the Shopify and Shopify Plus teams so campaigns align with PDPs and collections that convert
  • Support wholesale and market expansion when paid media is part of a new store opening or territory launch
  • Help build Fabrik's fashion performance playbooks, codifying what works so we can scale it

What we are looking for

Must-haves

  • Three or more years hands-on paid media experience in ecommerce
  • Deep, practical Meta Ads expertise, running and scaling campaigns
  • Solid Google Ads skills across Search, Shopping and Performance Max
  • Agency experience: used to managing several clients, prioritising and reporting clearly
  • Fashion, footwear, sports or adjacent lifestyle brands, so you understand collections, seasons, size and colour variants, and markdowns
  • A record of managing a range of budgets and keeping performance stable as you scale
  • Commercial mindset: MER, ROAS, CAC, LTV, margin and P&L basics are familiar
  • Comfortable with Triple Whale or similar, GA4, and feed tools such as Feedoptimise
  • Advanced Sheets or Excel for analysis, forecasting and scenario modelling
  • Clear written and verbal communication, bringing a recommendation rather than just data

Nice to have

  • Time spent brand-side as well as in an agency
  • Shopify or Shopify Plus, and ecommerce tagging and tracking
  • TikTok, Pinterest or Snap in a fashion or sports context
  • Basic CRO: testing landing pages, PDPs and collection pages
  • Operating across UK, EU and Middle East markets

After twelve months

Client feedback should sound like this: "They understand our business, not just our ads. They protect our margin, scale what works, and tell us the truth. Fabrik feels like an extension of our commercial team."

  • Care about product, stock and trading as much as CPMs and CTRs
