Enquire Now

Paid search captures high-intent customers actively searching for fashion, apparel and footwear across the UK, EU and Middle East.

Most Google Ads campaigns for fashion brands are reactive. Fabrik is strategic. With structured campaign architecture, keyword refinement and continuous optimisation, we turn search intent into revenue. Every campaign is managed alongside paid social, email and CRM and Shopify CRO so spend and on-site conversion work together.

Paid search inside Growth Studio™ means your Google campaigns are always informed by what is converting on site, what is working in paid social and what your commercial targets require. One team managing the full performance marketing stack.

Shopping Campaigns Structured Around SKU Scoring

Google Shopping campaigns are not flat product feeds.

Custom labels are applied to every SKU based on the Fabrik Analytics scorecard. Label 0 carries the tier: HERO, GROWTH, MAINTAIN, or EXCLUDE. That labelling allows Shopping campaigns to be split by tier, with separate bid strategies, budget allocations, and ROAS targets for each group.

HERO products get bid priority and budget protection. GROWTH products are tested at higher CPCs. MAINTAIN products hold at efficiency targets. EXCLUDE-tier SKUs are suppressed from the feed entirely.

When a product's tier changes in the scorecard, the feed label is updated and the campaign architecture responds automatically.

Feed Optimisation as a First-Order Priority

Google's product taxonomy uses gender as a primary Shopping attribute. A men's shoe listed without the correct gender field competes in the wrong auction and misses the customer it should be reaching.

Attribute completeness, title structure, and category mapping are treated as performance levers. Every feed has gender, age group, colour, material, and Google product category mapped correctly before any campaign goes live.

A well-structured feed on a mid-budget account consistently outperforms a poorly optimised feed on a high-budget one. The feed is the foundation, not an admin task.

Non-Branded Search: Expanding Discovery

The focus is always on non-branded search terms. Branded search cannibalises organic traffic and claims credit for sales that other demand generation channels created. Expanding discovery through category and product terms is where the real return on search investment sits.

Campaigns are structured around the brand's hero categories and the specific terms fashion and footwear customers use when they do not already know the brand name. That is where new customers come from.

Non-branded keyword architecture is reviewed against the Fabrik Analytics scorecard. When a product tier changes, the search investment around it changes with it.

Klaviyo Segments Synced Into Google Audiences

The same segmentation applied in Meta is mirrored in Google Ads.

Klaviyo customer lists sync as Google Customer Match audiences, layered onto Shopping and Search campaigns to adjust bids for known high-value buyers.

Email and search work off the same customer data. Not separate audience pools built from different assumptions about who the customer is.

Performance Benchmarked Against Context

Fabrik Analytics connects Google campaign data to Shopify P&L in real time.

When CPA rises, the team assesses whether the issue is keyword drift, competitive pressure, or a wider market shift. That distinction is made before any bid changes.

Fashion search intent is seasonal. The CPC for a winter boot in October is not the same as in March. Benchmarking against the same period in the prior year gives a more accurate read than month-on-month comparisons.

FAQs

Who is Fabrik best suited for?

Fabrik partners with premium fashion footwear and sports brands ready to scale across the UK, EU, and Middle East. We work best with brands that have proven product-market fit and are focused on sustainable, long-term growth.

How is Fabrik different from a traditional agency?

Most agencies operate in silos. Fabrik doesn’t. Our Growth Studio™ unites digital marketing, content and media, Shopify Plus, wholesale, physical retail, and go-to-market strategy into one connected solution, with full accountability from a single partner.

Do you offer individual services or a full growth partnership?

Both. Individual services can stand alone, but our strongest results come from integrated partnerships where every channel is aligned. This removes gaps, speeds up execution, and ensures smarter decision-making across the business.

How do you measure success?

We measure success against clear commercial KPIs, including revenue growth, conversion, customer lifetime value, sell-through, and market expansion. Every strategy is data-led, performance-tracked, and continuously optimised.

Who will we be working with day to day?

You’ll work with a dedicated, cross-functional team led by a single point of accountability. Strategy, creative, media, commerce, and wholesale all move together, with one team and one agenda. Yours.

Can you support international expansion?

Yes. International growth is a core part of our model. From Shopify Plus builds and performance marketing to wholesale distribution, physical retail, and go-to-market planning, we help brands expand confidently across the UK, EU, and Middle East.
